In addition to having your spouse attend all evening receptions at the conference, spouses are encouraged to join the Spouse Tour. The tour allows spouses and guests to:

  • Enjoy decadent chocolates at Best Chocolate in Town
  • Relax and laugh with a signature wine at Mass Ave Wine Shoppe
  • Find the latest fashions at boutique shops at Indy’s authentic Mass Ave Cultural District

Take in city sites and learn about the destination from an Indy expert.

For over a decade, chef/owner Regina Mehallick has educated guests on the benefits of farm-to-fork dining, eating seasonally, and sourcing locally. The menu of her intimate restaurant in the Mass Ave Cultural District changes weekly to showcase the freshest ingredients available, including some sourced from the garden next to her restaurant’s front door.

Learn the secrets of bee keeping from R bistro’s Ross Harding, and be enlightened by gardening tips from Terry Spots.
11:30 am Lunch and Meet & Greet with Chef Regina
James Beard Award winning chef and owner Regina Mehallick will treat you to a delicious, locally sourced meal showcasing her culinary talents.
12:10 pm Meet Elizabeth Garber, Owner, Best Chocolate in Town
Local artisan and chocolatier Elizabeth Garber brought her passion for fine chocolates to Indianapolis over 15 years ago. It has quickly grown into an Indy favorite, living up to its bold name. Truffles incorporate local ingredients, and other sweets support local initiatives.

12:12 pm Meet Lisa Cunningham, Owner, Mass Ave Wine Shoppe
Home to over 100 unique wines under $15, as well as craft beers, unique spirits, and local cheeses, this boutique hotspot values taste as well as budget.
12:15 pm - 1:45 pm Time to Shop!
Enjoy time to explore all that the Mass Ave Cultural District offers, from artisan desserts and handcrafted wares to art galleries and book stores.
